Skootr offers customised working spaces to meet the demands of large corporate clients, startups, freelancers, SMEs, BPOs, and cohorts of working professionals

Every thriving business needs an office that can cater to its two most basic requirements — accessibility and functionality. Skootr, a newly-launched managed office solution provider, is here to provide them.

With offices in cities such as Gurgaon, Noida, Jaipur, and Mumbai, Skootr claims it offers thoughtfully-designed plug & play working spaces and customised them according to the requirements of growth-oriented entrepreneurs and corporate enterprises.

As a result, Skootr claims, businesses register higher efficiency and output while benefitting from transparency, comfort, and convenience.

Incepted in January 2016 and headquartered in Gurgaon, Skootr offers customised working spaces to meet the demands of large corporate clients, startups, freelancers, SMEs, BPOs, and cohorts of working professionals.

Skootr claims it focuses on delivering specialised workspace solutions to a diverse set of customers.

It has two business models — managed plug & play office spaces and customised ready-to-move managed offfices.

It provides state-of-the-art offices and luxury spaces, flexible timings, 24×7 support services, high-speed internet, concierge support, power backup, multi-city address, as well as cafés for snacks and beverages as a part of its premium offerings.

Skootr currently offers 1,800 managed seats in eight offices across the country and has 50-plus full-time employees on its payroll.

In keeping with its country-wide expansion plans, Skootr plans to foray into Bangalore and Hyderabad in the near future, and is in the process of increasing the seating capacity of its Gurgaon-based premises from 1,000 to 2,000.

With its customer-centric model of operations, the company envisions expanding its network to 30 cities and increasing its overall capacity to over 100,000 seats across the country. The company is looking at promoting its franchisee model for greater service penetration on a pan-India level.
