TradeMark East Africa (TMEA) is an organisation funded by a range of development agencies to promote regional trade and economic integration in East Africa.  TMEA works closely with The East African Community (EAC) institutions, national governments, the private sector and civil society organisations.

TMEA wishes to engage a reputable firms/consortia that will be able to develop and implement an end-to-end software development plan that will incorporate various mini plans to be used at different stages of the assignment i.e. deliver phase(s)/lot(s) of the Automated East Africa Tea Auction as stipulated in the tender document.
