The founders of Glints, a Singapore-based startup that helps youths get their dream jobs, have split up. Looi Qin En, the COO, has stepped down.

The move was announced in a blog post on Glints. The startup says the move was amicable. The decision was made after discussions which lasted less than a day.

“Many companies cling on to team members for emotional reasons, longer than necessary, and this slows the company down. We’ve decided against doing that,” the company said.
