“More than 85 per cent of those visits are on the profile and review page of these 10 startups. It proves that Jobplanet users, who are [perceived to be] job seekers, are curious about working in these startups,” explained Jobplanet Indonesia CPO Kemas Antonius, as quoted by Detik.

Antonius stated that there five factors that drew jobseekers into a particular company, such as salary package, career path, work-life balance, company culture, and management.

“Of all those factors, what drew jobseekers and professionals into working in a startup is company culture and salary package. They are also attracted to the opportunity for a more open career path,” he said.

As a community platform for jobseekers, Jobplanet allows users to give ratings and reviews to a particular company as a workplace. Of all the listed 51 Indonesian startups in the platform, Tokopedia, Traveloka, and Bukalapak scored the highest for excellent company culture with each of them scoring 4.3 out of 5.
