The SaaS-based customer support company employs around 620 people across its two offices in India and the US
Freshdesk is one of the fastest-growing B2B companies in India. Its mission is to make it easy for brands to talk to their customers and make it easy for users to get in touch with businesses
New office cubicles and a place to keep books
Founded in 2010 by Girish Mathrubootham and Shan Krishnasamy, the firm provides cloud-based customer support software. Its flagship product allows organisations to support customers through email, phone, websites, mobile apps, forums and social media.
