This marks the Philippines-based VC’s 25th investment in a startup
Philippines-based VC firm Kickstart Ventures—a wholly-owned venture capital subsidiary of Globe Telecom—has announced the entry of a 25th startup in its investment portfolio, cloud-based networking company Teridion.
Kickstart was joined by SingTel Innov8, Jerusalem Venture Partners, and Magma Ventures for Teridion’s Series B fundraising amounting to US$20 million.
Founded in 2013, the San Francisco-based B2B company allow clients to deploy and scale their content and apps quickly and cost-effectively through its on-demand cloud solutions. Teridion claims that its delivery of dynamic content—both downloads and uploads—is 20 times faster than traditional Content Delivery Networks (CDN).
