The spotlight’s on Aliyun’s Head of product and development on Echelon Indonesia 2016’s Scale stage – and he’s just getting started.

The very engineer leading the charge is Xianglong Huang – Head of Elastic Computing Services (ECS) at Aliyun. Dr. Huang will be conducting a masterclass on ‘Elastic Computing Techniques For Enterprise Users’ on the Echelon Indonesia Scale stage this April 5.

Dr. Huang got his Ph.D. from University of Texas in 2006. Before joining Aliyun, he worked for Amazon for five years. He is a founding member of DynamoDB group and he is a tech lead and key contributor for DynamoDB.

After joining Aliyun, he has been architect for ECS, manager for ECS’s control plane team, and now leads the product and development of ECS. Over the years, Xianglong has gained valuable experience in large distributed systems, compiler and system architecture.
