The simulated tour is coming next Saturday 9 July and Sunday 10 July

PropertyGuru Group, a Singapore-based online property marketplace, recently introduced a 360 degrees virtual reality experience as a new way to showcase property launches for Singapore property seekers.

Its VR truck will head to Century Square in Tampines next Saturday 9 July, and Jurong Point on Sunday 10 July, from 11am to 6pm.

The virtual reality experience aims to help property seekers better visualise a property that is still under construction or in the pre-selling stage. With this simulated tour, property seekers can put on a pair of virtual reality goggles and move their head in any direction to explore the showflat, similar to inspecting the property in real life.

“We understand the challenges that property seekers face – market uncertainty and lack of market transparency. With a platform like PGSS, we help prospective buyers identify the smart buys in the market, by providing them unbiased reviews of the latest launches and exclusive discounts from participating developers,” said Bjorn Sprengers, Chief Marketing Officer of PropertyGuru.
