The regional co-working space was launched by ERC and is expected to expand to 1o cities within the next three years

Singapore-based entrepreneurship resource provider company Entrepreneur Resource Centre Holdings (ERC) has announced the launch of its regional co-working space in three cities – Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City, and Bangkok.

The space will provide hot desks, private offices, lockers, mailer services, meeting and seminar rooms, free Wi-Fi, printing and photocopying services, and free flow of tea and coffee.

The daily use fee will be Singapore, Ho Chi Minh City and Bangkok will be S$50 (US$36), S$9 (US$6.5) and S$10 (US$7.3) respectively; the monthly fee will be S$500 (US$365), S$120 (US$87), and S$220 (US$160) respectively.

Regional packages are also available: Singapore and Bangkok is priced at S$560 (US$409), Singapore and Ho Chi Minh City at S$530 (US$387), Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City at S$280 (US$204), and all three cities at S$600 (US$438).

BIG Work will also be supported by ERC’s domain experts in the hospitality, education, entrepreneurship , and real estate sectors. They will offer programmes including the following:

University Mentorship Programme

Lecturers from ERC’s partner universities including University of Greenwich and University of Wolverhampton will serve as mentors to the BIG Work users. There will also  be regular sharing sessions between academics, students and BIG Work users.

BIG Work

University of Wolverhampton, will be running a booster programme that features reciprocal rent free co-working space and assistance for entrepreneurs who are looking to branch out into the UK.

Immediate Business Resources 

Incubator programme managers and resource management advisors will provide consultation services to help entrepreneur understand local as well as regional business environments.

Hospitality Resources

BIG Work’s partner BIG Hotel would allow users working in the hospitality sector to beta-test their new products and services on actual hotel guests – allowing for a higher degree of accuracy when conducting research.

“BIG Work is a unique concept of a co-working space that offers immediate access and resources to students, aspiring entrepreneurs, freelancers, designers, business travellers or anyone in between who are keen to kickstart their entrepreneurial journey. Our regional approach would allow users and the community to have immediate support in furthering their offerings within Southeast Asia,” said Yen Ong, Group Chief Marketing Officer of ERC Holdings.

BIG Work expects to expand to a total of ten cities in Asia within the next three years.

ERC Holdings is an entrepreneurship resource and training programmes provider that was founded in 2002.
