This year also sees a newly launched category in the inaugural BCX Digital Innovation Awards. These honour South African organisations that have taken up the flag to transform their businesses through technological advancements and digital transformation.

The encompassing objective of the awards includes recognising BCX customers for excellence in digital innovation and to enhance the perception of digital transformation and innovation professionalism in the marketplace.
