#Africa Passion Incubator launching Lagos co-working space

//

Nigerian tech accelerator firm Passion Incubator will tomorrow open its co-working space in Lagos, with plans to add more locations by the end of the year.

Passion Incubator, launched in 2014, has until now focused on accelerating Nigerian startups, but has now moved into co-working with the launch of LeadSpace at 70 Olonade Street in Yaba.

LeadSpace is an alternative commercial real estate business with the sole aim of creating shared infrastructure for entrepreneurs and founders of small and medium size businesses, middle level corporate executives, freelancers and content creators.

Members of the space will have access to a community of ancillary service providers, such as lawyers, tax accountants, PR and advertising experts, software developers, product managers and research analysts.

The new business, which will be run by Olufunbi Falayi, will be operated on a shared cost model, providing users with world-class office facilities and amenities at a fraction of the usual cost.

Passion Incubator plans to grow LeadSpace, which has received seed investment from LeadPath, into the single largest network of shared office facilities, with launches in more locations planned before the end of the year.
