Mattress startup Casper has gone to the dogs.

The e-commerce company, known for shipping mattresses in ultra-compact boxes, rolled out a new canine-focused product line this week.

The beds come in three sizes to accommodate different breeds and range in price from $125 to $225.

That’s a bit expensive as far as dog beds go, but Casper says the pets’ comfort level was not taken lightly. The startup’s product team spent nearly two years analyzing canine sleeping patterns, working with dog psychologists and even studying the interaction between dog fur and different textiles under a microscope.
