#Asia 500 Startups invests in budget hotel booking platform RedDoorz

RedDoorz will use the pre-Series A funding to expand operations into Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur

Singapore-based budget hotel booking platform RedDoorz has raised an undisclosed amount in funding from 500 Startups to expand operations in South East Asia (SEA). This is the second tranche of its pre-Series A round started with a funding from Jungle Ventures in September last year.

RedDoorz, which launched its Indonesia operations three months ago, will also use the funds to intensify its outreach in the country, while expanding its reach across other SEA markets, including Thailand, Singapore and Kuala Lumpur.

For hotel owners, it provides access to expert advice and assistance to standardise their offering and directly distribute online through its technology platform.
