Events and ticketing platform Hapz aggregates information on a host of arts and entertainment events in Singapore – including concerts, festivals, sports matches, and tourist attractions – and curates these according to its users’ preferences. It takes a cut from tickets sold through its platform.
2. Fave | Malaysia (Startup Profile)
Fave offers discounts and bookings to offline businesses like restaurants, health clubs, fitness centers, beauty services, and more. It claims to have more than 10,000 restaurants and offline retailers on its website and over 1 million active users.
3. Payfazz | Indonesia (Startup Profile)
Bill payments startup Payfazz is designed for people who don’t have a bank account and rely on cash. It lets people buy things like pre-paid phone credit and pay for electricity bills. Users top up a mobile wallet through an agent, and then use the balance for easy online payments.
