With 12 team members working and living in 5 different cities, Fei Yao and her company QLC are redefining working, learning and living. After leaving the traditional successful career path as a management consultant, Fei founded QLC, a remote internship platform aiming to help ambitious and highly skilled corporate professionals explore alternative career and lifestyle opportunities. In this episode, she shared what she discovered through her hands-on experience, delivered her viewpoint of the growing demand of changing current work, education and lifestyle and also advocate the idea of lifelong learning and co-living.
