The details of the transactions remain undisclosed.

With this, Go-Jek plans to open a development centre in Bangalore and hire over 100 engineering engineering staff over the next six months, according to various media reports.

It is not immediately clear whether the company is planning to launch bike-taxi services in India. We have contacted the company for details and will update the post accordingly.

Go-Jek is the fastest-growing startup in Indonesia and is backed by Sequoia Capital India and Yuri Milner’s DST Global.
