For businesses selling goods online, knowing why your customers are irate is half the battle won
As a e-retailer, one of the biggest questions you’ll have to ask yourself (and your customers) is: What are they freaking out about?
Are they writing in because they received the wrong order? Are they furiously posting on your social media page because it’s four days to Christmas and they’re not able to buy a certain product because your site is criminally slow? Are they calling you up because the shipment is delayed (again!) and they need whatever they need urgently?
Whatever the reason is, it’s best that you understand these things that are holding your business back from reaching its goal of being top e-retailer of your industry, and work on them.
According to an infographic published by Sku Vault, inventory challenges like delivering the wrong item and late deliveries are not turning people away from purchasing goods online, but they certainly do make these customers angry.
