The Singapore-based mobile customer engagement and loyalty platform provider also appointed a new regional sales director in Malaysia
Singapore-based mobile customer engagement and loyalty platform provider Perx today announced that it has signed a master reseller agreement with Australian customer engagement and loyalty startup Complex Interactions.
Perx also announced that it has hired N. Vijayan as regional sales director in Malaysia.
The agreement and the new appointment aimed to strengthen Perx’s reach in the Asia Pacific region.
“We are thrilled to make this double announcement as Perx rapidly expands its regional footprint … As experts in digital and brand marketing, loyalty, customer engagement and retail distribution, Complex Interactions will be invaluable to us in the Australian market,” said Perx CEO Anna Gong in a press statement.
Gong also praised Vijayan who had vast experience in software sales and is “well-known for securing major deals with large MNCs.” Previously, Vijayan was the Country Sales Head for SAP Malaysia, where he led sales and implementation of ERP solutions to major corporations in the region.
The partnership with Complex Interactions also gives Perx immediate access to a list of clients of New Age Technology, a smart consumer electronics and educational devices manufacturer and distributor owned by Complex Interactions Co-Founder Sean Andrews.

The announcements came right after Perx launched its partnership with Visa Business Help, which enables Perx to helps SMEs to automate their mobile customer engagement and loyalty requirements.
