Most, if not all, hiring managers or bosses want to build A-teams that do stellar work and perform well as members of the company. After all, high performers not only work well with each other, but also score targets that are beneficial to the business.

Furthermore, when selling the company, the team is often one of the most important and looked-at matters. Investors and potential acquirers care about the core team, and whether the people would even stay on post-buyout.

But just how do you go about building an A-team? According to a blog post published by Weekdone, an Estonia-based work tracking service, the process may seem hard but, at the end of the day, it is not impossible.

First, you have to know what common traits most high performers share, from having laser-like focus on work to being able to balance work and life. Doing so, and comparing it with the published infographic, will give you more insights into how the fabled star-studded team works.
