Through this partnership, Helpchat has integrated Zomato directly into their app
Helpchat, India’s personal assistant app, has recently announced its partnership with Zomato, the country’s restaurant discovery and food delivery platform, to make the food ordering experience simpler and faster for consumers.
Through this partnership, Helpchat has integrated Zomato directly into their app. Users are now able to search for, and order food online via Zomato from within the Helpchat app.
Helpchat personalises the experience for its users, by understanding the user’s intent and helps them in completing the transaction right from the app. For example, it will contextually surface the food card besides the Match Score when users intent to order food.

Besides food delivery, the personal assistant app helps users in finding the nearest transportation, receiving notifications on bills, booking flights, and getting household-related services such as cleaning, painting and laundry.
“Through API integrations with leading businesses, we are fulfilling our promise of being the ultimate personal assistant for all our users. Helpchat users can now discover new restaurants, as well as order food based on their preferences using our one-stop app,” said Ankur Singla, Helpchat CEO and Founder, in a press statement.

“Going forward, we will be looking at on-boarding many more curated partners to enhance the bouquet of offerings for our customers. These users ordering food have very high cross-category usage pattern as well. We’ve seen close to 60 per cent of them taking cab rides and 80 per cent of them doing Recharge on our platform,” he added.
Founded in 2010, Helpchat has passed on over 1,500 orders a day during peak times in June to Zomato. Its recent funding has raised US$16 million in Series B.
