It’s easy to get caught up in building the perfect solution. Many entrepreneurs want to be responsible for putting the newest, shiniest product out in the market. The trouble is, that’s not a sustainable model for building a business.

No matter how sophisticated your product may be, your audience isn’t going to buy it if it doesn’t solve a real problem.

So, before heading to the drawing board to sketch out your perfect solution, first focus on understanding the complexities of your problem, find customers dealing with that problem and then build the most viable solution for those customers. Read more…
