LOS ANGELES — Adam Brody is taking on the Miami tech scene in Crackle’s new drama StartUp.
Mashable got an exclusive look at the drama (above), which debuts Sept. 6 on Sony Pictures Television’s free streaming service.
Set in Miami, the show focuses on the deadly tech war that ignites around the creation of GenCoin, a potentially revolutionary idea for an unregulated digital currency with an ingenious algorithm.
Brody (The O.C. and The League) plays financier Nick Talman, Martin Freeman (Fargo) plays FBI agent Phil Rask, Edi Gathegi (The Blacklist) plays gangster Ronald Dacey and Otmara Marrero (Graceland) plays hacker and GenCoin creator Izzy Morales. Read more…
